Features:
Unlike other decorative panels which are meant only for commercial premises, the TECPANEL range is designed for use in the home as well, given how easy it is to mount the panels and their adapted design. Apart from covering walls, they can be used to decorate ceilings, to cover doors and to build furniture, bars and dividing walls.
This product is also ideal for reforming and refurbishing existing premises as it can be installed on top of existing walls.



Extended Information:
Special wooden/fiber board impregnated with organic colorings and chemically joined with melamine resins.

It is a tough, water resistant material.

Density. EN323 standard.

Color. A raw pigment with a polyurethane lacquer in accordance with the RAL or NCS colour charts.
Water resistant. EN 317 standard. Swelling after cyclic testing 5%. Internal cohesion after cyclic testing N/mm2 0.15. If cuts are made, a protective varnish must be applied to the cut section.
Mechanical resistance. 30% greater than MDF. Great resistance to bending. Tensile strength (EN 319 standard) 0.75 N/mm2 Bending strength (EN 310 standard) 28 N/mm2 Elasticity in bending module (EN310) 2600 N/mm2

Non-toxic. Low formaldehyde emissions (E1 classification according to European standards). Formaldehyde emissions follow EN 120. This type of board has been approved by British Standards for use in the manufacture of toys and furniture for children.

Environmental value. Manufactured with forestry and carpentry leftovers, with very low formaldehyde emissions. The pigments and coloring are organic and do not use inks. The primer or undercoat used is water-based.

Fire reaction. UNE 23721 M3 Class (Can be manufactured to M1 Class on order and at a different price)
