American and Canadian orders
Decorative Wall Panels - Return PolicyDecorplastics has a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for customers in the United States and in Canada buying in box, pallet and truckload quantities, ensuring your complete satisfaction. You can return your product within 30 days of delivery and get a refund. The product must be returned in its entirety and in the same condition as when it arrived at your site and it must not have been installed, removed and then returned. Any product returned and not properly packaged which is damaged due to improper packaging will be subject to additional charges to bring product back to sellable condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or was otherwise not correct due to our error. We strongly recommend that you order samples before placing a larger installation order.

If your order received free shipping, the actual return shipping charges associated with your order will be deducted from your refund. This guarantee applies to all regular Decorplastics products only and does not apply to custom made and special orders.

Overseas container-load orders
Container load purchase : Since all items are custom made to order products and cannot be canceled after production begins. If order is canceled prior to production then a 20% restocking charge is applied against the deposit to cover the return cost of the raw material stock. Customers who purchase by the container-load may cancel their order and receive a partial refund up until the customer provides authorized acceptance of the Inspection Report. Authorized acceptance may be indicated directly on the Inspection Report (by way of customer signature); or by referencing the order number via email or fax. Signing the Inspection Report transfers the now completed order from the place of manufacture to the shipping company. At this point, it is too late for the customer to cancel or change any order.


Product Damaged in Shipping:



It is important that upon delivery you review the entire contents of your order to make sure that it is acceptable. If something is wrong with an order, we will take immediate steps to replace the product.

Please note, that during shipping minimal damage may occur. Customer must inspect goods upon delivery for damage and/or discrepancy.  Any damage found at time of delivery must be noted  as 'damaged' by customer on delivery receipt and signed/initialed by driver. In the unlikely event that your product is exceedingly damaged or shorted, refuse the packages, and contact us at claims@decorplastics.com within 24 hours.

Q) How can I spot damages after the product is received?
A) Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Damage to products will virtually always be visible on the exterior of the box. If there is obvious damage to the boxes being delivered by FedEx, you could refuse the packages, and contact us within 24 hours, so that we can ship you another.

Q) What should I do if there is some minor damage to the panels, that I realize only after opening?
A) Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, so we could replace damaged product.  Any damage claims after this term are not accepted.

Q) Can I schedule installation of your product in advance?
A) Please do not schedule installation of your products until after the product has been received and examined. Installation constitutes acceptance. Please note that custom orders and installed products are non-refundable.
