60"x36"x74" Split-back Tub Surround
The Kit DTK60327441 is a split back tub kit for a new construction or remodel
installations, and it differs from Kit DTK60367431 only in split back wall. Designed with 36" wide side wall, 20"x6" leg extension pieces and extended 96" vertical pre-mitered moldings. Parts Include:
2 x 29" x 74" back panel
2 x 36" x 74" side panels
1 x 3" x 60" back wall trim
2 x 3" x 96" premitered vertical trim (L and R)
2 x 3" x 38" premitered side wall trim (L and R)
1 x 3" x 74" center seam strip
2 x 6" x 20" tub leg panel
1 x 15" corner shelf with bracket
2 x corner reinforcements

REMODEL option:
Convert all edge trim moldings to have a 1.5" return lip, which can be used in conjunction with regular panels adhered OVER existing tile, cultured marble, acrylic etc. this eliminates the need for costly tear out and speed remodel installation. Affected trim moldings are the two vertical side wall side, the two horizontal side top trims, and the back wall top trim. Return lips can be cut to proper size (depending on the tile etc. material thickness) with a utility knife, or with power tools or table saw.
