Q.I want to buy from DecorPlastics.com. What are my options?
A. DecorPlastics is an internet retailer/wholesaler. We process orders for decorative materials in two ways. The first is selling small quantities of the product out of our warehouse. The second is shipping container orders directly from select manufacturers and delivered to your job site or distribution point of your choice. Please contact us for details.
Q.Which forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, bank drafts (also referred to as cashier's checks or money orders) and wire transfers.
Q.Does DecorPlastics.com ship worldwide?
A. At present, we ship container orders (5000 sq. ft. +) worldwide. The options for shipping pallet quantities might vary from product to product. Consult the Product FAQs for more details, or contact a DecorPlastics sales rep for more information.
Q. How do I use a promo code?
A. After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
Q.Does DecorPlastics.com ship to residences? How does that work?
A.Yes. A residential delivery is considered completed once the product is placed on the driveway. Some products or quantities might require a vehicle with a lift-gate, depending on weight. You may be required to unload the vehicle yourself, depending on the product. Please check weight of goods before they are delivered so you are properly prepared. Q.When ordering containers, can I mix-and-match on colors and styles of material?

Q.Does DecorPlastics install products or refer customers to installers?
A.DecorPlastics is not an installer, nor does DecorPlastics refer or advocate any specific installation firms or individual installers. Consult your local Yellow pages for professionals in your area.
Q.Do you have a showroom?
A. The simple answer is "No, we don't". Always up for a challenge, we decided to have a go at selling the same products on the internet, using the site as our showroom. Selling a product that a lot of people have never seen before is quite a tricky business but by providing a mass of information and backing it up with our sample program we manage to get our message across - that our decorative interior wall panels is the best choice and the most affordable system you can use for decorating your interior walls.
Q.May I see the product before I buy?
A. We are unable to show you the product at the warehouse. The warehouses we use are privately owned facilities and all products are in factory-sealed boxes. We suggest ordering a sample and reviewing the graphics on the website.
Q.How do I obtain samples?
A.For samples we only charge for the courier cost of the samples. The rate will be calculated based on your address and the number of samples you order. Samples can be ordered online. Payment can be made by MasterCard or Visa.
Q. My invoice and credit card statement showed Planet3 Marketing, Inc.
A. www.decorplastics.com is the on-line service operated by Planet3 Marketing, Inc., therefore your statements and invoices are issued by Planet3 Marketing, Inc.
Q.Can you give me an exact arrival time for my retail order?
A. Usually, the product can be delivered within a 3-5 days depending on your location. During a check out process you will be presented with alternative delivery options.
Q.Can you give me an exact arrival time for my wholesale order?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot offer guarantees on container shipment timelines. At this time, most containers take 10-12 weeks from time payment is received. There is a chance that it may take longer because of factors beyond our control. For example, security measures undertaken by U.S. Customs and Border Protection could possibly delay shipment.
Q.How much should I allow for breakage/damage?
A.It is reasonable to expect anywhere from 5 to 10 percent breakage or damage, depending on the product. If breakage is above 10 percent, we would ask you to have it noted on the logistics receiving document and take pictures. Please make a claim with us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
