Retail Orders: All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Michigan using FedEx Ground delivery with a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days.Additional shipping charges will apply if express delivery is requested or a using an alternate carrier.

NOTE: Items weighing over 100 to 150 lbs ship by truck freight. The trucker driver will move the freight to the back door of the truck. But it is the responsibility of the receiver to actually get it off the truck. If you do not have a loading dock or any other means to lift the freight off the truck, you could select the address of the closest freight terminal and take terminal delivery.

NOTE:  Free Shipping doesn't cover lift gate services. If a redelivery, lift gate services or inside residential delivery is required, you will incur additional shipping charges.
