These custom orders require a partial payment up front before production with the final payment due when production is complete and ready to ship. Please contact us for more information or to discuss your project.
Lead time:
Your order must be custom imported; therefore usually require from 2 weeks order fulfillment time plus shipping and handling.
An arrival time for your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer guarantees on container shipment
timelines. At this time, most containers take 8-10 weeks from time
payment is received. There is a chance that it may take longer because
of factors beyond our control. For example, security measures
undertaken by U.S. Customs and Border Protection could possibly delay
shipment.
What's involved in your product delivery?
From manufacturer pick up and through all delivery stages to the designated destination, we take care of everything for our customers, including insurance on lost or damaged goods in transit. Wherever required, Decorplastics covers the following logistics operations:
Export Customs Clearance (trucking from factory to vessel),
Cargo Storing (if required at the terminal),
Container Assignment (attaching a specific container to a steamship line),
Ocean Freight,
Customs Clearance (at the port of arrival),
Examinations (Cargo inspections are now frequently required.),
Demurrage (storage charges incurred for detained containers),
Letter of indemnity (in event of discrepancy).

Duties (where charged by governments),
Merchandise processing fee (charged by Customs),
Brokerage and other charges (administrative fees involved in Customs clearance),
In North America, delivery to final destination (any zip code or postal code in continental United States or Canada).
